📍 Venue: Platinum Hall, SIECC Campus, Sarsana, Surat

📋 Participation Rules:

1. Rangoli Size – 3x3 (Total 8 Feet for 1 Person)
2. Time Limit - 3 Hours
3. Only 1 helper allowed per participant
4. Participants should bring their own materials (Rangoli colors and other required materials)

📌 NOTE The Rangoli designs view gallery will be open for all after the Competition.
